Company Information

Premium Iowa Pork was founded on May 26, 2004.  The company is owned by Gary Lynch and family of Waucoma, Iowa.  The company's goal is to establish a harvesting and processing facility for Iowa hog producers, with a venue through which to market niche pork products to both wholesale and retail markets.  We strive to produce a consistently high quality products to consumers nationwide.  We are in the process of expanding our plant from 700 head a day to 1,200 head/day capacity.

The company is comprised of team members who always put the customer first.  Team members are treated with respect and provided with a healthy working environment.  We are stewards of the animals and land entrusted to us.  All livestock handlers have been Trucker Quality Assurance (TQA) trained.  This is a program implemented by the National Pork Board to ensure humane handling of swine.
